{"id":15855,"date":"2023-06-21T12:50:41","date_gmt":"2023-06-21T10:50:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investmentbell.com\/?p=15855"},"modified":"2023-06-21T12:50:43","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T10:50:43","slug":"israeli-lead-producer-to-use-ace-green-emissions-free-recycling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investmentbell.com\/id\/news\/commodities-news\/israeli-lead-producer-to-use-ace-green-emissions-free-recycling\/","title":{"rendered":"Produsen utama Israel menggunakan daur ulang bebas emisi ACE Green"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LONDON (Reuters) &#8211; U.S.-based ACE Green Recycling, which has developed a lead battery recycling process with no greenhouse gas emissions, said it will deploy its technology to Israel&#8217;s Hakurnas Lead Works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal to set up the processing at Hakurnas&#8217; facilities in Israel and Romania will progressively create 50,000 metric tons of annual lead battery recycling capacity, worth $60 million of lead metal sales a year, ACE Green added in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initial operations using ACE Green&#8217;s equipment are expected to commence at the Hakurnas plant by the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACE Green&#8217;s technology replaces the hot smelting process for lead battery recycling with one at room temperature, running on electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been developed in response to bets that demand for recycled metals, especially with healthy environmental footprint, would rise with the global energy transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In December, ACE Green signed a 15-year agreement which allows for global miner and trader Glencore (OTC:GLNCY) to purchase up to 100% of its products from its planned lead-acid and lithium-ion battery recycling parks in several countries.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rate-now\"><span id=\"rate-mypost15855\"><\/span> <span id=\"rate-points\"> 0<\/span><\/div>\n\t\t\t<script type=\"text\/javascript\">jQuery('#rate-mypost15855').raty({\n\t\t\t\thalfShow : true,\n\t\t\t\thalf: true,readOnly: true,score: 0,\n\t\t\t\tpath: \"https:\/\/investmentbell.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/userpro-rating\/images\/\"\n\t\t\t\t});<\/script>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LONDON (Reuters) &#8211; U.S.-based ACE Green Recycling, which has developed a lead battery recycling process with no greenhouse gas emissions, said it will deploy its technology to Israel&#8217;s Hakurnas Lead Works.
