{"id":9342,"date":"2023-04-04T10:39:40","date_gmt":"2023-04-04T08:39:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investmentbell.com\/?p=9342"},"modified":"2023-04-04T10:39:45","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T08:39:45","slug":"two-cellnex-board-members-quit-amid-pressure-to-change-leadership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investmentbell.com\/fr\/news\/market-overview-news\/two-cellnex-board-members-quit-amid-pressure-to-change-leadership\/","title":{"rendered":"Deux membres du conseil d&#039;administration de Cellnex d\u00e9missionnent sous la pression d&#039;un changement de direction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MADRID (Reuters) \u2013 Cellnex, le plus grand op\u00e9rateur europ\u00e9en de tours de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile, a annonc\u00e9 mardi que deux de ses membres du conseil d&#039;administration avaient d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 suite aux pressions exerc\u00e9es sur la direction de l&#039;entreprise par le fonds activiste TCI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;ancien pr\u00e9sident du conseil d&#039;administration Bertrand Boudewijn Kan et Leonard Peter Shore, tous deux administrateurs ind\u00e9pendants, ont d\u00e9missionn\u00e9, invoquant des &quot;diff\u00e9rends irr\u00e9conciliables avec le conseil&quot;, avec effet imm\u00e9diat, a annonc\u00e9 mardi la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 espagnole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le retrait de Kan et Shore avait \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 le 23 mars par Christopher Hohn qui dirige le fonds activiste TCI et a fait valoir que la recherche d&#039;un nouveau PDG de Cellnex en cours depuis fin 2022 avait &quot;\u00e9t\u00e9 mal g\u00e9r\u00e9e par le conseil d&#039;administration et avait entra\u00een\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s insuffisants&quot;. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cellnex a annonc\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re que Kan quittait ses fonctions de pr\u00e9sident non ex\u00e9cutif mais qu&#039;il restait membre du conseil d&#039;administration.
