أدنوك للحفر الإماراتية يوافقون على توزيع أرباح بـ 1.23 مليار درهم

أعلنت شركة أدنوك للحفر الإماراتية عن موافقة المساهمين على توزيعات أرباح بقيمة 1.23 مليار درهم، فيما سيتم دفع توزيعات الأرباح بتاريخ 25 ابريل الجاري.

هذا وبلغ إجمالي توزيعات الأرباح للشركة لعام 2022 بأكمله نحو 2.50 مليار درهم بزيادة نسبتها 5% على أساس سنوي.

وعلى صعيد آخر، تخطط أدنوك للحفر لتسريع برنامج توسعة الأسطول بامتلاك 142 منصة حفر بحلول 2024 وذلك عوضاً عن 127 منصة حفر بحلول 2030.

كما تتوقع الشركة أن تتراوح إيرادات عام 2023 بين 11 لـ 11.75 مليار درهم بنمو سنوي يصل إلى 20%، وتحقيق صافي أرباح يتراوح بين 3.12 و 3.67 مليار درهم.

ويذكر أن الشركة حققت صافي أرباح خلال 2022 بنحو 2.92 مليار درهم بزيادة نسبتها 33% على أساس سنوي.
